Google was forced to shut down a popular Youtube Vanced due to some legal threat. The creators of Vanced have reported that the project will be shut down in the coming days. The app provides an ad-free experience to the user for years. The Vanced app will still work for some who have already installed the app but without any further update. In the coming few days the project will be fully removed.

Vanced is a popular third-party app for Android users. The app allows users to watch ad-free videos. Google asked the Vanced owner to remove all the links related to Youtube.

Google sent the Vanced owners a cease and desist letter and asked the owner of the Vanced to discontinue the app. The Vanced owners have tweeted that the app will be discontinued in the coming days and the downloaded link will be taken down. It will most likely cease to function at some point soon.

It’s been official that Vanced will no longer be available for download. However, the already installed app will work for sometime but it will completely stop working after sometime and it will be the end to the legacy of YouTube Vanced.
