Samsung Galaxy S23 Series: Rumors And Expectations Of The Users

Samsung Galaxy S series is the flagship series by the smartphone manufacturer. Galaxy S Series launches somewhere around January and February every year. Every year with the launch of the Samsung Galaxy S series we see some interesting features, last year we saw Galaxy S22 Ultra with the S Pen which used to come with the Galaxy Note Series which was later discontinued after the release the of Galaxy Note 20 and Note 20 Ultra. We expect the Galaxy S23 series to come up with some new features and innovations like every Galaxy S Series smartphone.

Just before the launch, there have been many rumors and leaks about the Samsung Galaxy S23 Series. Of course, Samsung fans are excited about the launch of the Galaxy S23 series and they have been keeping an eye on every rumor and leak they come across. Some of these rumors are on par with the actual features and specifications we can expect from the smartphone lineup. Let’s see what are some rumors and expectations of the Galaxy S23 series that we have come across.

Considering the Galaxy S21 series which included Galaxy S21, Galaxy S21+, and Galaxy S21 Ultra, and also the Galaxy S22 series which included Galaxy S22, Galaxy S22+, and Galaxy S22 Ultra, we can expect Galaxy S23 series to have three smartphones. The name will be similar to the previous two series, i.e., Samsung’s S23 series will have Galaxy S23, Galaxy S23+, and Galaxy S23 Ultra.

Galaxy S23 Series Could Launch In Between January And February

Just like every other Galaxy S Series, the S23 series will also launch somewhere around January and February. It is expected that the new S23 series could launch by the end of January 2023 or at the start of February 2023.

Not Much Change In The Look

We don’t expect any change in the design compared to the last S22 series. All the phones in the S23 lineup will follow the same design pattern as the Galaxy S22 series that was launched last year.

The Smartphone Series Will Launch With One UI 5.1

Samsung’s One UI 5.1: What Features Can We Expect?

One UI 5.0 was launched recently and now Samsung is working on One UI 5.1. The Samsung Galaxy S23 series will come with the One UI 5.1 based on Android 13. Though it won’t have many changes from the One UI 5.0 there will be some improvements and performance boosts.

We Can Expect Better Cameras

Yes, you heard that right Galaxy S23 Series will have better cameras. Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra which will be the most expensive smartphone in the lineup will come with four cameras. There will be a 200 MP main sensor, 12MP 3x telephoto sensor, 12MP telephoto with 10x optical zoom, and a 12 MP Ultra Wide sensor. Galaxy S23 Ultra will have the main upgrade in terms of primary camera, as the last year’s Galaxy S22 Ultra came with a 108 MP primary camera.

There haven’t been many updates and leaks about the Galaxy S23 and S23+, but we expect both of them to have some camera upgrades as well.

Galaxy S23 Lineup Will Be Powered By Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 Processor

Samsung Galaxy S23 Lineup will be powered by the latest Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 processor. Also, we expect Samsung to have a much more efficient cooling system with the lineup considering the design and the powerful processor it will be powered with.

And how can we forget Samsung’s in-house processor, i.e., Samsung Exynos Chipset? In some regions, the Samsung Galaxy S23 series could launch with Exynos chipset (of course Samsung won’t ditch their own chipset).

There Can Be Satellite Communication Support

Apple introduced Emergency SOS via Satellite communications with iPhone 14 series. This allowed the phone to send the emergency signal through satellite communication when in an area with low network reception. Samsung could come up with a similar feature with their upcoming Samsung Galaxy S23 Series.

Final Words

We are excited about the launch of the Galaxy S23 Series. Let’s see what features the phone comes with and at what price point it will be launched. For that, we will have to wait till the launch of the phone. If you have any opinions then you can share them with us through the comments section.
