Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra: Pricing And Availability
The base variant (12GB RAM + 256GB storage) of Samsung’s latest flagship is priced at Rs. 1,09,999, while the high end variant having 12GB RAM and 512GB storage is priced at 1,18,999. The phone will have three color variants. The base variant of the Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra will come in Burgundy, Phantom Black, and Phantom Black Color options. The high-end variant will come in only two colors, i.e., Burgundy and Phantom Black.
As of now, there is no information about the availability of smartphones in India, and it is yet to be announced by the brand. However, the phone can be pre-booked through the Samsung Shop app and website or from their stores.
Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra: Specifications
Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra is powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 chipset. The phone runs on Android 12 with One UI 4.1 on the top. The best feature of this phone is the S-pen. It has been available as a dedicated component of the smartphone-like that of the Galaxy Note series. Apart from that, the phone has a 6.8inch Edge QHD+ Dynamic AMOLED 2X display. The display has a refresh rate of 1-120Hz along with a touch sampling of 240Hz.
Galaxy S22 Ultra comes with a quad-camera setup at the back. The main camera of the phone is a 108MP sensor with an f/1.8 lens. The other three cameras include a 12MP ultra-wide shooter, a 10MP telephoto camera with 10x optical zoom, and a 10MP telephoto camera with 3x optical zoom. The front camera is a 40MP sensor with an f/2.2 lens.
Talking about the connectivity options, the phone has support for 5G, 4G LTE, GPS/A-GPS, Bluetooth v5.2, Wi-Fi 6E, as well as USB Type-C port. Coming to the sensors, the phone has an accelerometer sensor, ambient light sensor, gyro sensor, hall sensor, magnetometer, barometer, proximity sensor, and an in-display fingerprint sensor.
