OnePlus has launched its new mid-range smartphone, i.e., OnePlus Nord CE 2 5G in India on 17 February. The phone is launched as the successor to the last year’s OnePlus Nord CE. OnePlus Nord CE 2 5G: Price And Availability

The base variant of the phone which comes with 6GB RAM and 128GB storage is priced at Rs. 23,999. The other variant coming with 8GB RAM and 128GB Storage is priced at Rs. 24,999 in India.

Talking about the availability the phone will come be available in two color variants- Bahama Blue and Gray Mirror. Customers will be able to buy the phone from 22 February through Amazon, OnePlus’s official website as well as the retail stores.

OnePlus Nord CE 2 5G: Specifications

OnePlus Nord CE 2 5G comes with an octa-core MediaTek Dimensity 900 chipset paired with an ARM Mali-G68 GPU. The phone runs on Android 11 out of the box with OxygenOS 11 on top of it. 

Coming to the display, the phone features a 6.43-inch FHD+ Fluid AMOLED display having a 90Hz refresh rate. Moreover, the screen has a pixel density of 409ppi. It has support for sRGB and Display P3 color gamut along with HDR10+ certification. The display is protected by the Gorilla Glass 5 protection.

You get to see a triple camera setup at the back with the primary camera being a 64MP sensor with an f/1.79 lens and 0.7-micrometer pixel size. The phone also has an 8MP ultra-wide sensor having an f/2.2 lens and 119-degree field of view. There is also a 2MP macro shooter with an f/2.4 lens. The primary camera and the ultra-wide camera on the phone have support for Electrical Image Stabilization. 

OnePlus Nord CE 2 5G houses a 16MP Sony IMX471 camera sensor at the front with an f/2.4 lens. The front camera also has support for EIS (Electrical Image Stabilization).

The phone packs a 4,500mAH battery with support for 65W SuperVOOC fasting charging. You get to see the 6 GB and 8GB RAM variants of the phone, both coming with 128GB UFS 2.2 storage which can be expanded up to 1TB via microSD card.

The phone has various connectivity options including 5G, 4G LTE, Bluetooth v5.2, Wi-Fi 6, GPS/A-GPS, NFC, USB Type-C, and a 3.5mm headphone jack. The phone has various sensors onboard including Gyroscope, e-compass, accelerometer, proximity sensor, ambient light sensor, as well as an in-display fingerprint sensor.
